Registration

The Academic Session

The school follows the annual calender issued by the department of education. The school session begins in April and ends in March. Summer vacation is usually in the months of May and June. Short breaks are provided on festive occasions. Dates for vacation vary each year and must be verified from the "School Almanac" Gazetted holidays are followed as per goverenment rule. Details about school events are also listed in the "School Almanac".

Admissions

  • The offcial application form attached with the prospectus must be completed and registered. However, registration will not be a guarantee in getting a seat reserved.
  • Admissions are done on the basis of an entrance examination to access the ability of scholar for admission to a particular class.
  • Admission are done only on the basis of number of seats available in each class.
  • Transfer certificate is must for admission form only class. However, birth certificate is essential for Nursery.
  • Name once entered in the admission register will no be altered under any circumstances.
  • On withdrawl, a Transfer Certificate will be issued if due notice has been given and all fees have been paid according to school rules.
  • Registration done for any particular stream is not transferable to any other stream.

A student should complete the age indicated below against the classes preferably by the commencement of academic year:-

Fee Structure




Mode of Payment

All fees are payable at accounts office between 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon in summer & 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in winter & every Friday & Saturday between 8:30 am to 11:00 am only in advance by 15th of the month and with Rs. 30 late fee on 20th, 25th and last working day of the month and cas receipt can be obtained then & there.

  • Rs. 30 will be charged monthly on all fees in arrears of more than month fees in arrears of two months will automatically entail all children being sent home and no Transfer Certificate will be issued unless there arrears have been cleared.
  • A student whose fees for preceding term remains unpaid, can't commence a new term.
  • Parents have the option to deposit fees for the whole term or the whole year in advance if they find it more convenient.
  • School dues once paid are not refundable even if the child leaves the school in the middle of any academic term or in any current month.




Course of Study

  • Pre Primary (Nursery & K.G.):- English, Hindi, Mathematics, Environmental Studies, Art and Craft.
  • Primary (Class I to V):- English, Hindi, Mathematics, Environmental studies i.e. Social Studies & General Science, Drawing, Painting, Music, Dance, Health Education, Games and Computer Science.
  • Middle (Class VI to VIII):- English, Hindi, Sanskrit, Mathematics, Social Science (History, Geography & Civics), Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology), Music, Dance, Clay Modelling, Fabric Painting, Needle work, Tailoring and Embroidery, Health Education, Games and Computer Science.
  • Secondary (Class IX to X):- Hindi, English, Mathematics, Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology), Social Science (History, Civics, Economics & Geography), Disaster Management, Physical and Health Education, S.U.P.W and Computer Science.
  • Senior Secondary (Class XI ro XII):- Science Stream: English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry & Biology. Commerce Stream: English, Accountancy, Business Studies & Economics. Optional Subject: Physical Education, Computer Science & Mathematics.




Code of Conduct

  • The school attaches the highest importance to decent behaviour of the pupils so that they may grow into noble boys and girls imbued with proper ideas.
  • All students must come to school inprescribed uniform everyday during school hours. Anyone found untidy will be sent back home and the responsibility will be on the parents.
  • Every student must attend school regularly. Leave of absence may be granted for bonafide reasons.
  • Irregular attendence, habitual idleness, disobedience or conduct prejudicial to the moral tone of the school shall render a student to be expelled.
  • Students are not expected to bring any valuable articles to the school. Cell Phones & bikes are strictly prohibited.
  • Pupils suffering from infection or contagious diseases should not be sent to school till they are fully cured.
  • Parents and gaurdians are restrictly forbidden to meeting the students and teachers in the class rooms.
  • The pupils are not allowed to use the school telephone without the permission of the principal. They will not be called to response the phone calls during class hours.
  • Every student is expected to observe the rules of good manners, at all times and in all places. Shouting, whistling, throwing anything at others and such other unseemly conduct is strictly prohibited. Suitable action will be taken against such students.
  • Only the students in proper uniform prescribed by the school will be allowed to enter the school. The defaulters will be sacked out.
  • Any breach of disciurtesy or disrespect to teachers on the part of the student will also render him liable to expulsion.
